CleanTracker Is Now Free for Up to 3 Users

We have changed how you can start using CleanTracker.

Previously, there was a 14-day trial, and a paid subscription was required after the trial ended.

Now there is a permanent Free plan for organizations with up to 3 users - free forever, with no credit card required.

This is a deliberate change. We want small service businesses to get real value from CleanTracker before they need to make a purchasing decision.

Why we changed the pricing model

From a founder and product perspective, one thing has been clear: it is hard to decide whether operations software is worth paying for before it is used in real day-to-day work.

A cleaning or service business should be able to set up customers, plan recurring work, and run visits in practice before deciding when to pay.

With the Free plan, small teams can now start at their own pace and use CleanTracker with real customers, real recurring jobs, and real visits.

What you get for free today

Organizations with up to 3 users can use the Free plan permanently.

For small teams, that means you can:

• plan recurring agreements and upcoming visits
• let employees view visits and mark work as completed in the app
• create invoices when work is completed
• send invoices to accounting systems such as Dinero and Billy
• use unlimited customers and service agreements
• get support when needed

In short, you can start running your service work in CleanTracker without a subscription or card details.

What happens when your team grows?

The upgrade path is simple:

• Free: 0 DKK/month, up to 3 users
• Pro: 299 DKK/month, up to 10 users
• Above 10 users: +49 DKK per additional user/month

You can stay free while your team is small, then upgrade to Pro when the business needs more users and/or future Pro capabilities.

No trial clock

The biggest difference from the old model is that there is no 14-day countdown anymore.

Small teams can take the time to set up customers, recurring jobs, schedules, and workflows properly instead of feeling pressure to decide within two weeks.

Who is the Free plan for?

The Free plan is designed for small teams, for example:

• a small cleaning company with one or two employees
• a founder running a small service business
• a small facility-service team
• a business moving away from spreadsheets or manual scheduling

The up-to-3-user limit is intentional: it makes it easy to start for free with real operations, then upgrade when growth or Pro capabilities make that the right next step.
