About this list
This page identifies providers relevant to CleanTracker’s processing of personal data. It forms part of the Data Processing Agreement where a provider processes Customer Personal Data on behalf of Idealrent ApS.
The first table lists subprocessors and service providers used to deliver CleanTracker. The second table separately identifies payment providers, customer-selected integrations, authentication providers, and mobile platforms. A provider in the second table is not necessarily a CleanTracker subprocessor: its legal role may depend on the feature, its own regulatory purposes, and its direct agreement with the customer or user.
CleanTracker’s primary application and database are hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. This does not mean every provider processes exclusively in the EU/EEA. Transfer notes below summarize current official provider materials and should be read together with the linked source.
Changes and objections
Customers give general authorization for subprocessors under the DPA. Idealrent ApS will give reasonable advance notice before a relevant addition or replacement. The notice will identify a reasonable objection deadline. Customers may object within that period on reasonable data-protection grounds, and the parties will work in good faith toward a practical resolution.
Provider details can change. The source links are included to make verification easier; the version and last-updated date at the top identify when this CleanTracker list was reviewed. Contact [email protected] with questions or objections.
