CleanTracker now connects to Billy

You can now send invoices directly from CleanTracker to Billy - the same way Dinero users have been doing it since day one.

From today, CleanTracker supports Billy as an invoicing integration. If your cleaning company uses Billy to handle invoices, you can now connect it to CleanTracker and let the invoicing happen automatically when a job is completed.

How it works

The Billy integration works the same way as the Dinero integration:

  1. Connect your Billy account in CleanTracker settings.
  2. Set up your clients and jobs as usual.
  3. When a visit is marked complete, CleanTracker sends the invoice straight to Billy.

No retyping. No copy-pasting line items between systems. The invoice is ready in Billy the moment the job is done.

Why we added Billy

Dinero has been part of CleanTracker since the beginning, and it works well for many of our users. But several cleaning companies reached out asking for Billy support - and it made sense to add it. The two systems are both popular in Denmark, and your choice of accounting software should not limit which job management tool you can use.

What is next

We are already working on a third invoicing integration: e-conomic. If you are waiting for that one, it is coming.
